This Messaging & SMS Policy describes the text-messaging program operated by Nebula Innovations LLC for the Lisa AI personal-assistant service ("Lisa"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to this Policy.
Lisa sends text messages to help you run your personal assistant — for example, account and setup notifications, confirmations of appointments and reservations Lisa arranges, summaries of calls and messages Lisa handles for you, and replies related to tasks you have asked Lisa to perform. Messages are sent from Lisa’s assistant line, +1 (858) 295-7463.
You provide express consent to receive SMS when you check the SMS-consent box and submit your mobile number during onboarding at lisa.my, or when you otherwise expressly request texts from Lisa (for example, by texting Lisa’s line first). Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. We keep a record of your consent.
We do not send unrelated marketing or promotional offers through this program without separate, clearly disclosed consent.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the tasks you ask Lisa to perform.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Lisa does not charge you for receiving these texts, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from Lisa. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS from that program. You may also text keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To rejoin, opt in again at lisa.my or reply START.
For help, reply HELP to any message, email support@lisa.my, or call/text Lisa at +1 (858) 295-7463. Replying HELP returns contact information and program details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to transmission limitations and carrier conditions, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. This program is supported across major U.S. wireless carriers.
We respect your privacy. As stated above and in our Privacy Policy: we do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties. We share your mobile information only with vendors that help us deliver the messaging program (such as our messaging carrier), and only so they can provide that service to us.
The program is available to users in the United States who are at least 18 years old with a mobile number you are authorized to enroll. By opting in, you confirm you meet these requirements.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
