We aim to respond to support email within one business day.

2. SMS help (STOP / HELP)

Lisa sends texts to help you run your assistant — account and setup notices, confirmations and reminders for appointments and reservations Lisa arranges, summaries of calls and texts Lisa handles, and replies to tasks you asked Lisa to do. Messages come from Lisa’s line, +1 (858) 295-7463.

  • Opt out any time — reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any message. We send one confirmation, then stop. Reply START to opt back in.
  • Get help — reply HELP to any message, or email support@lisa.my.
  • Frequency — message frequency varies based on your activity and the tasks you ask Lisa to handle.
  • Cost — Lisa doesn’t charge you to receive texts, but message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

Lisa answers your calls and texts and places outbound calls on your behalf — gathering information, scheduling appointments, and making reservations. On calls, Lisa identifies herself as an AI assistant acting for you. Ready to set up or change your assistant? Visit lisa.my/onboarding.

4. Common questions

How do I stop receiving texts?

Reply STOP to any message from Lisa. You’ll get a single confirmation and then no further texts from that program.

How do I start using Lisa?

Sign up at lisa.my/onboarding. Setup takes about two minutes.

I’m getting texts I didn’t expect.

Reply STOP to opt out immediately, then email support@lisa.my so we can look into it.

Is Lisa a real person?

No — Lisa is an AI assistant. She always identifies herself as an automated assistant acting on your behalf and never impersonates a specific real individual.
